    Ariyalur Range of Ariyalur Forest Division Medical camp was organised in the Karaivetti Birds Sanctuary for the benefit of Surround Villagers. In addition to it awareness camp is also conducted for the Students & Villagers. Also Palmyra seeds were planted along the boundary of the Sanctuary. The District Forest Officer, Ariyalur headed the function and was attended by Elected body representatives, College Students, Local villagers, NGOs, etc.
