With the safety of participants being paramount, prior permission was diligently obtained from both parents and guardians. Only students possessing swimming skills were chosen to participate, ensuring a responsible and safe execution of the clean-up efforts. To facilitate effective coordination and supervision, the students were divided into groups of five, with each group assigned a designated monitor. Equipped with a whistle to signal in case of emergencies, these monitors played a crucial role in overseeing the activities of their respective groups, ensuring adherence to safety protocols throughout the event.
